The fair trade and organic killer bee honey used in this soap is harvested by the indigenous bee keepers of the Amazon. Unprocessed and unheated, this raw killer bee honey possesses natural enzymes and vitamins extracted by bees from the wilderness of the Amazon rainforest. Killer bee honey taps the majestic elements of the Amazon rainforest to help treat and soothe troubled skin.
Working in synergy and harmony: this soap contains several key ingredients with therapeutic properties:
►A natural and effective humectant, honey softens the skin.
►Activated bamboo charcoal is the most absorbent form of charcoal, drawing 4 times more toxins than wood charcoal. The powdered bamboo charcoal acts as a mild exfoliant and detoxifier by unclogging skin and absorbing excess sebum. Known to eliminate impurities and to neutralize odor, bamboo charcoal allows for a deep, penetrating cleanse.
►Healing for troubled, damaged or irritated skin, calendula soothes the skin. Ground calendula petals add an additional exfoliating element to the soap.
+ The AROMA:
Mildly scented with all-natural essential oils. The custom blend of 11 essential oils complements the deep, complex aroma of the exotic killer bee honey. The resulting deep fruity aroma exudes a masculine aura that can be enjoyed by both men and women. Tea tree and orange oils disinfect; grapefruit oil stimulates bodily circulation; ylang ylang and rosemary oils relax and soothe; patchouli, petitgrain and juniper oils tame oily skin; peru balsam oil targets troubled skin.
